British buzz band White Lies has released the video for their new single, “Bigger Than Us,” and the song is huge. It’s epic. It’s bonkers. And thank goodness for that, because if it had been anything else, it would have been a ginormous disappointment for the band that got classed as “cathedral-pop” when they debuted in 2008, because their songs featured moody hooks big enough to fill a, well, cathedral.

Sadly, if you want to buy the song, you’re going to have to wait until Jan. 3, ’cause that’s when the single is for sale. The album, “Ritual,” hits stores on Jan. 17.
