‘NIP Tuck” stars Dylan Walsh and Julian McMahon renewed their deals yesterday – nearly doubling their salaries.

The co-stars, negotiating as a team, inked a deal to shoot 22 episodes of the FX plastic-surgery drama for its fifth season, which began shooting yesterday shortly after they signed on the dotted line.

Walsh and McMahon will each earn about $136,000 per episode, or roughly $3 million apiece for the season, according to sources.

That’s a raise of roughly 80 percent over what Walsh (Dr. Sean McNamara) and McMahon (Dr. Christian Troy) were pulling in previously, when they were shooting 15-episode seasons.

Sources described the negotiations as “brutal” but amicable.

Walsh’s manager, Bob McGowan, declined to comment.

Walsh will be featured in the upcoming movie “One Part Sugar,” with Danny DeVito and appeared last season in an episode of “Law & Order: SVU.”

McMahon can be seen in “Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer,” which opened to big numbers last weekend.
