2025 is approaching — and if you’re looking to revamp like Hollywood’s hottest celebrities, several of the most sought-after plastic surgeons have you covered.

The Post spoke to Dr. Robert Dorfman, owner of Done by Dorfman in Beverly Hills, Calif., who broke down what the stars are doing for a full-body recharge, while Dr. Robert Najera, aka Dr. Dallas, and Dr. Aimee Nguyen, known as Dr. Rejuvenation, spilled about specific trends for the new year.

Dr. Dorfman’s four trends include Salmon DNA facials, CO2 lasers, microneedling with exosomes and Aquagold facials.

Salmon DNA facials stimulate collagen and elastin production, which can improve skin firmness and elasticity as well as reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Salmon DNA facials can enhance skin texture and tone, reduce hyperpigmentation and brown spots, minimize pores, deeply hydrate the skin and reduce redness and inflammation.

Kim Kardashian and Jennifer Aniston admitted to getting the skincare treatment.

“I got a salmon sperm facial with salmon sperm injected into my face,” Kardashian explained on her family’s Hulu series.

Aniston shared that she was curious about the treatment after her aesthetician suggested the facial. “First of all, I said, ‘Are you serious? How do you get salmon’s sperm?’” she told the Wall Street Journal of her reaction, adding she’d “try almost anything” to keep her skin looking young.

CO2 lasers can completely renew facial skin, improving elasticity, skin thickness, and firmness. Some CO2 laser treatments can heal in as little as 6 days. “Real Housewives of Orange County” star Tamra Judge made headlines when she showcased her progress after getting a carbon-dioxide laser treatment to reverse the effects of aging in September. Kim Kardashian, Jennifer Aniston and Ellen Barkin are also fans of the CO2 laser trend.

Microneedling with exosomes can improve skin texture and tone, reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and promote collagen and elastin production. It can also help with redness, scarring, and sun damage.

Kim Kardashian is reportedly a big fan of the trend. Stars like Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt, Jennifer Aniston, Gwyneth Paltrow, Bar Refaeli and Demi Moore have also allegedly tried microneedling.

AquaGold facials are a microneedling treatment that uses active ingredients to provide fast and long-lasting results. Dr. Najera revealed that “women are increasingly seeking Botox in their heels because it offers significant relief from the pain of wearing high heels for extended periods.”

He shared that “by targeting specific pressure points, Botox reduces foot discomfort, making it easier for women to enjoy their favorite shoes without sacrificing comfort or style. It’s a game-changer for those who rely on high heels for work or specific events.”

It’s becoming increasingly popular in Hollywood, too.

Dr. Aimee Nguyen said that “during the holiday season, may women prioritize self-care and confidence, which is why we’re seeing a rise in vaginal rejuvenation procedures.”

She added, “Whether it’s to enhance comfort, restore functionality, or boost intimacy, women are embracing this treatment to feel their best for the celebrations and beyonce. It’s about empowerment and taking charge of their well-being.”

Khloé Kardashian said that her sister’s Kim and Kourtney have both had vaginal rejuvenation.

“My sisters they’ve had kids, and there’s a vaginal lasering, to tighten,” Khloé shared about the procedure on her former talk show, “Kocktails With Khloé” in 2018. “In my household all they do is talk about this vagina lasering.”

Jada Pinkett Smith also revealed she’s undergone three vaginal rejuvenation procedures.

“When I tell you my yoni is like a 16-year-old, I’m not kidding,” she said on an episode of her “Red Table Talk” series. “I’m talking about the outside. It looks like a little beautiful peach.”
