FOR the fourth time, the Academy has tapped Whoopi Goldberg to host the Oscars. Last time out, she donned a Queen Elizabeth I costume, in the style of “Shakespeare in Love,” and joked about being a “Virgin Queen.”

She’ll probably play dress-up tomorrow night, too, but it would take a lot more than a wig to make her look like Halle Berry.
