Chalk up another drama saga for Lindsay Lohan.

A school teacher who crashed into the starlet’s bodyguard is suing the 21-year-old for $7,500, Splash News reported.

Signe Dupuy was left with severe neck injuries and a haunting image of Lohan’s “menacing” look from behind the wheel of her Mercedes convertible, she told Splash News.

The actresses’ burly bodyguard, Jazman Bennett, allegedly pulled an illegal U-turn directly in front of Dupuy’s car.

“I just could not stop in time, there was no warning,” said Dupuy who immediately recognized Lohan, according to Splash News.

After the cars collided and Dupuy attempted to exchange insurance details, Bennett berated the L.A.-native and, according to Dupuy, gave her a false name and drivers’ license number.

Thanks to her boyfriend’s quick-thinking and photog skills, Dupuy was able to track the Mean Girl’s bouncer down, Splash News reported.

Dupuy is already paying medical bills for the damage caused to her neck, she said.

The lawsuit is the latest legal headache for the media magnet, who has been arrested twice for driving under the influence this year.

The star received her first DUI after failing a breath test when she crashed her car on Sunset Boulevard. Officers also found cocaine in her vehicle.

The crash followed a month-long rehab stint for alcohol abuse, causing the party-goer to check back into treatment.

One month later, she was arrested for her second DUI after she allegedly chased the mother of her personal assistant through L.A at speeds up to 100 mph.

Officers allegedly found cocaine in her pocket. She was released on $25,000 bail and has since returned to her home in Merrick, Long Island.
