He’s disgraced, out of work — and now about $20 million richer.

Former “Two and a Half Men’’ star Charlie Sheen has officially settled his lawsuit against ex-employer Warner Bros. for the lump sum, an industry source confirmed yesterday.

Sheen — who was fired in March amid a booze- and drug-fueled meltdown — had been seeking $100 million for wrongful termination.

The source said the roughly $20 million settlement is essentially the money already owed the actor for syndication royalties due him for the last six months, or since Warner Bros. stopped paying him during their legal dispute.

It’s unclear whether he is entitled to potentially millions more in future royalties from the syndication of episodes and DVDs.
