Say goodbye to “Spartacus.” The epic historical series will end its run on Starz after its third season, which is scheduled to air next year.

“Spartacus” has performed well for Starz.

Its original star, Andy Whitfield, died from non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma after the first season. He was replaced by Liam McIntyre, who will return for Season 3.
