“Showbiz Tonight” host A.J. Hammer is tackling a side gig: He’ll host host En core’s “Before They Were Stars,” airing tonight through Sunday (movies featuring future stars like Brad Pitt, Ben Affleck, Harrison Ford). And local bar tender Ste phen Phillips (he tends bar at Dive 75 on the Upper West Side) makes his national TV debut hosting “Great Cock tails,” which kicks off tomor row (10 p.m.) on Fine Living Network (TW Cable/ Ch. 144).

“Power of 10” (Drew Carey) dipped Wednesday to 7.8 mil lion viewers, down from its strong Tuesday-night open ing (9.3 million). It still won its timeslot, edging out “So You Think You Can Dance.”

Elsewhere on the game- show scene, “Thank God You’re Here,” the improv se ries hosted by David Alan Grier and Dave Foley, re turns for a second, five-week limited run Monday on NBC (8 p.m./Ch. 4). Monday’s epi sode features Tom Arnold, Fran Drescher and Fred Willard; Shannon Elizabeth and Tom Green appear the week after. Former “Seinfeld” star Jason Alexander guests on the fifth and final week.

Last, but not least:

* Re nowned makeup artist Na poleon Perdis ap pears on the “Today” show this morning. Napoleon, who’ll beautify the stars for the Primetime Emmy Awards (Sept. 16), also visits HSN later this month.

* Another strong month for ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” which averaged 1.5 mil lion viewers last month – its best July ever.
