Milestone: “Entertainment Tonight” (Mary Hart, Mark Steines) has now been the top-rated entertainment newsmagazine for 600 weeks, dating back to July 1996.

“We are thrilled to be noted in syndication history and will continue to challenge ourselves each day . . . ” says “ET” executive producer Linda Bell Blue. “ET” airs here at 7:30 p.m. on Ch. 2.

“ET’s” sister show, “The In sider,” is co-hosted by Lara Spencer; she’ll host the an nual Woman’s Day Red Dress Awards Jan. 31 at Stone Rose Lounge (in the Time Warner Center). Alli son Janney will be honored.

It’s been a huge week for for mer Nickelodeon president Albie Hecht and his World wide Biggies studio.

Hecht’s documentary, “War/Dance” – focusing on children in Uganda turning to music against the backdrop of the country’s 20-year civil war – copped an Oscar nom ination Tuesday as Best Fea ture Documentary. It’s Hecht’s second Oscar nomi nation (the first was for “Jimmy Neutron”).

Over on the TV side, the second-season premiere of Nickelodeon’s “Naked Brothers Band” (executive- produced by Hecht) was the week’s top-rated kids show.

“GMA’s” Marysol Castro takes a behind-the-scenes look at Disney Channel’s “Hannah Montana” phenome non on Monday, focusing on the “HM” tour with star Miley Cyrus – whose dad and co-star, Billy Ray Cyrus, has simple goals for his daughter: “As long as she’s happy and loving what she’s doing, then it’s all good,” he says. Disney Channel and ABC are corporate sibs.

Last, but not least:

* Headline News’ Robin Meade will be the lead judge for tomorrow’s Miss America Pageant (live on TLC).

* Fox TV Studios VP Les lie Oren signs copies of her book, “Fine, I’ll Go Online,” Monday (7 p.m.) at Borders Books (10 Columbus Circle).
