MEGAN Mullally, Rosie O’ Donnell, and Rachael Ray have something to talk about this fall.

* Megan Mullally (right), 47, of NBC’s “Will & Grace,” is swerving into a new career as a talk-show host with “The Megan Mullally Show,” which premieres on Monday, Sept. 18 at 3 p.m., on WNBC.

* Food Network star Rachael Ray, 38, is branching out with “Rachael Ray,” debuting Monday, Sept. 18, at 10 a.m. on WABC.

* Rosie O’Donnell, 44, starts gabbing on “The View,” beginning Sept. 5.

These three dynamos are just a sample of the women flocking to television this fall. Actresses you haven’t seen in eons – Bo Derek, Dana Delany, Sally Field, Calista Flockhart, Anne Heche – are all back on the scene.

* Delany (above), 50, stars as a Park Avenue matron whose child is missing in the NBC’s “Kidnapped.” * Derek, 49, plays a mogul on “Fashion House” on Fox-owned MyNetwork TV.

* Field, 59, plays the matriarch of a large California family on ABC’s Brothers & Sisters.” Flockhart, 41, plays one of her daughters.

* Heche, 37, stars as a relationship expert on ABC’s “Men in Trees.” * In the recurring role category, Diahann Carroll (below), 71, plays a top-secret role on “Grey’s Anatomy.” And Jane Kaczmarek, 50, plays Ted Danson’s exwife on the ABC therapy comedy “Help Me, Help You.”
