NBC’s “behind-the-scenes” movie about ” Diff’rent Strokes” will finally hit the air early next month.

The film, “Behind the Camera: Diff’rent Strokes,” is the warts-and-all story of the sitcom and the rise and fall of its stars, Gary Coleman, Todd Bridges and Dana Plato. It airs Sept. 4.

Both Coleman and Bridges have agreed to appear in the film in interviews. Bridges’ real-life sister, Verda, will play his mother in the film.
