NBC has given early renewals to five shows, including series vet “Law & Order: SVU.”

Joining “SVU” on the returning-this-fall roster are “Revolution,” “Parenthood,” “Grimm” and “Chicago Fire.”

That’s good news for Dick Wolf, who executive-produces both “Chicago Fire” and “SVU,” which will return for its 15th season with star Mariska Hargitay.
