The vacant “Law & Order” set could soon be inhabited by its TV cousin.

“Law & Order: SVU,” which films in North Jersey, is abandoning the Garden State because it faces losing the state’s 20 percent tax incentive, according to deadline.com.

A possible shooting destination is Chelsea Piers, which houses the set for “L&O,” cancelled by NBC after 20 seasons.

NBC officials had no comment yesterday.
