Privilege will take center stage at a star-studded fundraiser for Manhattan’s elite Beacon School.

On Saturday, the public high school’s PTA sent out invites asking parents to shell out up to $150 a ticket for a one-night-only March 9 performance of “God of Carnage” at the Atlantic Theater Company in Chelsea.

The staged reading of the Tony-winning play will feature “Sopranos” actress Edie Falco along with “Ant-Man” actor Paul Rudd, “Spy Kids” star Carla Gugino and “Saturday Night Live” cast member Kenan Thompson.

After the show, attendees can enjoy champagne in the theater’s lobby.

The PTA at PS 3 Charette School in Manhattan helped organize the show and is also selling tickets.

Both PTAs held a fundraiser at the same theater last year featuring a staged reading by Sarah Jessica Parker.

Beacon Principal Ruth Lacey routinely squeezes wealthy parents at the selective public high school for donations at the same time she lets students stage protests and walk-outs against inherent advantages.

Last week, as part of a citywide “Respect for All” week, Beacon students gave seminars on white privilege and created posters in the school lobby that asked them to mark which made them feel most “privileged” or “oppressed,” with choices including race and class.
