Thanks to a previously unreleased recording, the late actor Nick Cordero will get to take his final bow.

“Live Your Life,” a live album of Cordero’s 2019 cabaret show at New York’s Feinstein’s/54 Below, will drop Sept. 17, the actor’s birthday, his wife, Amanda Kloots, announced Wednesday.

“Nick would be absolutely thrilled to hear this news,” Kloots said on Instagram. “I’ve never seen my husband work so hard on something and be so nervous to perform. I was so proud of him and absolutely loved watching him onstage these two nights. He created this show from scratch, choosing songs to tell a story … his story.”

“Live Your Life” features guest performances from Cordero’s friend Zach Braff, Kathryn Gallagher of Broadway’s “Jagged Little Pill” and Drew Gehling of “Waitress.”

Cordero died July 5 at age 41, after a months-long health struggle resulting from the coronavirus. His battle captured the world’s attention, and fans and friends posted videos on social media playing the performer’s music to inspire hope.
