Yesterday I rounded up some shows that are closing this Sunday. Here’s one more: “Yank! A WWII Love Story” is ending its run at the York Theatre. But it will come back … on Broadway. It’s just been announced that the musical will transfer to this fall. The titular love story is between two GIs, Stu and Mitch. The show could get free advertising if the “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy gets re-examined in a few months.
