While no official tour announcement has been made, Drake recently shared he was going on tour in 2023 via a guest appearance on Stake’s livestream with Swedish Twitch streamer Roshtein.
“Ah, man, I can’t wait to see the people, “Drake said while speaking with Roshtein and smoking hookah in a dimly lit backyard with a pool behind the two of them.
The tour will be his first since his 2018 “Aubrey & The Three Migos Live!” Tour.
In 2022, he performed a single concert in his native Toronto as part of his annual OVO Fest alongside Nicki Minaj and Lil Wayne.
“It’s like one thing to make the music but to see it is the most gratifying feeling,” Drake continued. “It’s different when you’re performing, you look out in the crowd, someone locks eyes with you and you can just tell it’s a moment.”
Since Drake’s last tour, he has released five albums: 2019’s “Care Package,” 2020’s “Dark Lane Demo Tapes,” 2021’s “Certified Lover Boy” and 2022’s “Honestly, Nevermind” and “Her Loss.”
Tickets and tour information are not yet available for the upcoming run of 2023 shows but expect to hear more in the coming weeks.
