A ‘Whirlwind’ is about to sweep North America.

Lainey Wilson just announced she’s going to hit arenas, amphitheaters and pavilions all over the U.S. and Canada on her 2025 ‘Whirlwind Tour’ with special guests Muscadine Bloodline, Ernest, Zach Meadows, Lauren Watkins, Drake Milligan and more on select dates.

That includes a stop at New York City’s Madison Square Garden on Friday, Oct. 10 for the country trailblazer.

Prior to the tour, she’ll also lend her talents to Wildwood, NJ’s annual Barefoot Country Music Festival in June alongside fellow headliners Jelly Roll, Megan Moroney, Jason Aldean, Rascal Flatts, Jordan Davis and more.

This run of 2025 shows — which kicks off in Europe before landing in the U.S. — comes in support of Wilson’s recently-released album “Whirlwind” that Brits in Boots claimed “ticks all the big country music boxes while dodging the major cliché bullets.”

“You don’t want to miss this,” the “Yellowstone” star shared in a tongue-in-cheek promotional video where she plays a fictional weather forecaster on Instagram.

Fans can purchase tickets for all upcoming Lainey Wilson shows and festivals on sites like Vivid Seats; the official on-sale for the North American leg of the ‘Whirlwind Tour’ is Friday, Feb. 7.

Vivid Seats is a secondary market ticketing platform, and prices may be higher or lower than face value, depending on demand.

They have a 100% buyer guarantee that states your transaction will be safe and secure and will be delivered before the event.

Lainey Wilson new music

On Aug. 23, 2024, Wilson released her fifth studio album “Whirlwind.”

As expected, the bouncy record is as country as can be. Over 14 tracks, the 32-year-old delivers boot-stompin’ bops designed to get you toe-tappin’ and booty-shakin’ in no time.

Just a few of our favorites here include the rollicking “Keep Up With The Jones,” atmospheric and almost otheworldly “Good Horses”with Miranda Lambert and upbeat ballad “Whirlwind,” which the album is named after.

Still, the true highlight here is the energetic “Hang Tight Honey,” which transcends genre with its upbeat — if a bit poppy — instrumentals bolstered by Wilson’s indelible twang put to dizzying effect here. Truth be told, we can’t get the tune out of our head and we’re not even close to mad about that.

To hear for yourself, you can find “Whirlwind” in its entirety here.
