Luka Doncic made history twice in one night.
On Tuesday, Dec. 27, the 6-foot-7 All-Star became the first player in NBA history to record a 60-point, 20-rebound, 10-assist triple-double.
That wasn’t enough for Doncic though.
With 35 seconds left in regulation, he and his Dallas Mavericks overcame a nine-point deficit against the New York Knicks, the first time that has happened in 13,884 NBA games.
The 23-year-old also eclipsed 8,000 career points, making him the sixth-youngest player in NBA history to hit that mark.
Not bad for a single night’s work.
Best of all, if you want to see Doncic, Christian Wood, Spencer Dinwiddie, Tim Hardaway Jr. Kemba Walker and the rest of the stacked Mavericks roster compete live this season, you can.
Some regular-season tickets to see the sixth-place Dallas squad are going for as low as $12 before fees on Vivid Seats at the time of publication.
No need to clear your eyes — you read that right.
With huge games all over the U.S. this season and the Mavericks now in the spotlight due to Doncic’s heroics, make sure to act quickly so you can catch him for cheap when he comes to an arena near you.

Mavericks news
Jason Kidd’s Mavericks are 19-16 after 35 games this season.
Although the team is floating around .500, not a whole lot of stories other than Doncic’s stellar play have made national news other than 22-year-old Tyrell Terry’s surprise retirement.
You can read all about the sad end to his short career here.
