Mariah The Scientist has something big cooking in the lab.
The popular R&B artist recently announced her 2026 ‘Hearts Sold Separately Tour,’ which will be her largest jaunt yet, topping 2024’s ‘To Be Eaten Alive Tour’ in length and scope.
Yet, given the sprawling nature of the 42-show run, she only has one New York gig booked as of now. That concert is set to take place at Radio City Music Hall on Friday, Feb. 27.
However, prior to the international 2026 outing, she is slated to make a pair of NYC stops in ’25, when she headlines at Buffalo’s Outer Harbor on Friday, Sept. 26 and Central Park’s Global Citizen Festival on Saturday, Sept. 27.
If you’d like to see her live in the U.S. or U.K. this year or next, tickets are available for all Mariah The Scientist concerts.
At the time of publication, the lowest price we could find on tickets for any one show of hers was $49 including fees on Vivid Seats.
Other gigs have inventory starting anywhere from $57 to $249 USD including fees.
This trek comes in support of Mariah’s recently-released fourth studio album that shares a name with the tour. The record spawned the breakout hit “Burning Blue” that peaked at No. 25 on the Billboard 200 chart. Other notable tracks include “Is It a Crime” featuring Kali Uchis, “Sacrifice” and “Rainy Days.”
“…the theme or aesthetic is…this idea of the green toy soldier…[and] you’re living and dying in your mind for love but the whole time you’re a possession being toyed with,’ the 27-year-old explained about the record on Lyrical Lemonade TV. “It’s kind of a f—ed-up metaphor.”
As noted above, Mariah toured all over North America in 2024; based on our findings, critics responded well to her live shows.
“…it’s easy to see why Mariah considers herself more of an “Alternative & Blues” artist than a Rhythm & Blues artist,” Shifter wrote in a review of an April ’24 Toronto show of hers. “Her performances are less about belting out big notes and executing complicated runs and more about her tone and songwriting.”

Global Citizen Festival 2025
On Sept. 27. Mariah The Scientist will take the stage alongside a number of big names at this year’s Global Citizen Festival.
Just a few of the most notable acts toplining the bill include Cardi B, Shakira, Tyla, Arya Starr and Elyanna among others.
Hugh Jackman, Kristen Bell and Adam Lambert will also be on hand at the one-day extravaganza.

Mariah The Scientist new music
On Aug. 22, Mariah The Scientist dropped her fourth studio album “HEARTS SOLD SEPARATELY.”
For our money, the 11-track record is an emotive rollercoaster full of heart-wrenching lyrics and gorgeous vocals wrapped up in hypnotic drum beats and synths.
Highlights include the syrupy sweet yet hard-edged “United Nations + 1000 Ways to Die,” smoldering Kali Uchis duet “Is it a Crime,” slow jam of the year candidate “Burning Blue,” laid-back, shoulder-shimmying “All I Want + In Pursuit” and minimalist “More” that coasts on Mariah’s impassioned crooning.
She wraps the excellent effort with the stirring “No More Entertainers,” which just might be the record’s high point.
