TWEEN fans of Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen will turn out in force for a glimpse of their idols at this afternoon’s red-carpet premiere of the twins’ new film, “New York Minute.”

The Gotham-set comedy screens downtown as part of the family festival section of the third annual Tribeca Film Festival.

Other highlights of today’s program include: “Baadasssss,” Mario Van Peebles’ super-cool dramatization of his father Melvin’s battle to make the first blaxploitation film of the 1970s; “Cavedweller,” an engrossing drama starring Kyra Sedgwick and Aidan Quinn; and the feel-good documentary “The Beauty Academy of Kabul.”

Tickets for these screenings have sold out, but a small number of stand-by seats will be available at the door.
