John Travolta will reu nite with several of his “Welcome Back, Kotter” co-stars for the first time since 1979.

Travolta, who played dimwitted “Sweathog” Vinnie Barbarino on the hit ABC sitcom, will join Lawrence Hilton-Jacobs (Freddie Washington), Ron Palillo (Arnold Horshack) and Marcia Strassman (Mrs. Kotter) at the TV Land Awards April 10 at the Javits Center.

Not yet signed on: series star Gabe Kaplan (Mr. Kotter) and Robert Hegyes (Juan Epstein).

“Welcome Back, Kotter” turned Travolta into a major star and aired on ABC from 1975-79.

Travolta left the show in its final season.
