COURT TV is asking a Virginia judge to reconsider allowing TV cameras to cover the trial of Beltway sniper Lee Boyd Malvo.

Earlier this weekJudge Jane Marum Roush ruled that no TV cameras would be permitted at the trial for the time being.

The ruling left the door open for pool cameras however.
