ABC is seriously scaling back plans for a new military-reality show called “Profiles From the Frontline.”

The Pentagon-sanctioned series about U.S. troops fighting overseas was supposed to air by the end of this year.

But with a little more than two weeks left in the year, ABC has not added “Profiles” – produced by action-meister Jerry Bruckheimer – to its schedule yet and this week cut the show’s initial 13-hour order down to only six.
