ABC has thanked the leads of its hit series “Desperate Housewives” by doling out huge cash bonuses.

Teri Hatcher, Marcia Cross, Eva Longoria and Felicity Huffman, who log the most screen time, each received $250,000, according to published reports.

Nicollette Sheridan and James Denton, who don’t appear on every episode, also received cash bonuses – although not as much.

It’s expected the stars will ask for significant raises come contract time.
