Advanced tickets are going on sale Monday for the long-awaited Dec. 18 premier of “Star Wars: The Force Awakens,” allowing users to scoop up seats for the film’s opening day through theater chains like Regal Cinemas and AMC.

Theaters will also be selling special tickets to a marathon screening of the previous six “Star Wars” films that will take place at select theaters the day before the premier of “The Force Awakens.”
