‘AMISH’ RATINGS GO BUGGY
UPN’s “Amish in the City” debuted strongly Wednesday night.
The reality series, mixing Amish and city kids in a Hollywood house, finished second from 8 to 10 p.m. with 5.2 million viewers (and third for the night).
“Amish” finished first in New York on Ch. 9, and ranked first in its timeslot in L.A., Philadelphia and Boston.
“Amish” helped UPN increase its Wednesday night season average by 83 percent in total viewers – and by a whopping 120 percent in adults 18-34.
