“Samantha Who?” star Christina Applegate, who revealed on Tuesday’s “Good Morning America” that she had a double-mastectomy, will return to her ABC sitcom next month.
Applegate, 36, who was diagnosed with cancer in one breast, opted for a double mastectomy and underwent her surgery three weeks ago.
ABC had filmed five episodes for the upcoming season of “Samantha Who?” by the end of June before breaking for the summer, a show spokesman said.
“They’re on a scheduled hiatus and she’ll be back next month,” he said. “It’s business as usual.”
Applegate will be “on a normal shooting schedule” while undergoing her months-long reconstructive surgery, her publicist told The Post yesterday.
“It’s not affecting production,” she said.
