Now that’s a Big Game.

Sunday’s Super Bowl became the most-watched TV show in history, snaring 106.5 million viewers.

Sunday’s game shattered a ratings record that had stood for 27 years, the 1983 “M*A*S*H” finale which was seen by an estimated 106 million.

Viewership was helped by the fairy tale story of the New Orleans Saints, who had never been to the championship game before and their city which is still recovering from the devastation of Hurricane Katrina.

It also didn’t hurt that much of the Eastern seaboard was homebound by a record snow storm.
