EVEN Parade magazine, one of the least-snarky publications around, thinks that Rosie O’Donnell is annoying.

The former “View” co-host took the honor in a new Most Annoying Celebrity poll conducted by the magazine, snaring 44 percent of the vote.

Rosie narrowly beat Paris Hilton who took second, and third place talking-head Ann Coulter.

In fourth was Sir Paul McCartney and his estranged wife, Heather Mills, and fifth was celebrity blogger Perez Hilton.

Poptard Britney Spears snared the title of “Most Overexposed” with 50 percent of that vote.
