Pop-tart train wreck Britney Spears is looking more like the Amtrak Metroliner – all silver and sleek – as she prepares to come back as the love-struck receptionist in the TV comedy “How I Met Your Mother.”

Her cameo appearance last month pushed the show to its biggest ratings ever – and gave the singer an excuse to get out of the house for a little while.

It was such a hit, she’ll return in next week’s episode, buddying up this time with the show’s star Neil Patrick Harris .
