Joe Buck says his HBO talk show, “Joe Buck Live,” is being canned.

“HBO told me early this week that the network was steering away from talk shows going forward,” Buck told deadspin.com.

“That’s bad news if you have a talk show. It was a great opportunity and I enjoyed every minute of it.”

The Tuesday-night show has aired three times since its June 2009 debut.

HBO officials had no comment yesterday.
