ONE of my lunches last week included a veggie burger with cheese on a bun, with a Greek salad. And, of course, my nutritionist, Jason, had something to say.
The burger was “great,” although I ought to have sandwiched it with whole-grain rather than white bread. And American cheese is not ideal – it’s too processed.
Salad is “always good,” though he cautioned me to mind the dressing. “Overall, not a bad lunch!” Thanks, Jason!
