‘AMERICAN Idol” is replacing Daniel Powter’s ‘Bad Day” with an exit song by one of its own.

Get used to Chris Daughtry, an “Idol” finalist last year, singing a new song called “Home” every time someone gets sent, um, home this season.

The new song made its debut last Thursday when four semi-finalist were eliminated.
