FORMER “Baywatch” beauty Carmen Electra is establishing a beach head in syndication.

Electra (pictured left) is reportedly being considered for two fall projects, one an NBC-produced show called “B.A.I.T.” and the other a talk show from “3rd Rock” Carsey-Werner-Mandabach.

Broadcasting & Cable is reporting that Electra is nearing the end of her “first-look” deal with Columbia TriStar, and that both NBC and Carsey-Werner are hot on her trail.

The NBC project, “B.A.I.T.,” would be an action-adventure series, probably along the lines of Pamela Anderson’s highly rated “V.I.P.”

The Carsey-Werner project, meanwhile, would have Electra hosting a weekly weekend magazine, “Livin’ Large,” according to B&C.
