CHEERS!
HOT TULLY
1 part Tullamore Dew Irish whisky
1 sliced lemon
2 lumps of sugar
Combine all ingredients, fill to the top of a glass mug with hot water and stir well. Garnish with a cinnamon stick stirrer.
DREAMING OF ZEN
1 oz Zen green tea liqueur
1/2 oz Midori Leon melon liqueur
3 oz mango juice
White pepper
2 oz cream
Shake and strain over ice into a martini glass or champagne flute. Garnish with mint leaves and a dash of nutmeg. (Pictured

MERRY IRISHMAN
2 parts Tullamore Dew Irish whisky
1 part Kahlua
1/2 part mint schnapps
Serve over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a candy cane.
MELON BALL DROP
2 oz Midori Leon melon liqueur
1 oz Skyy Infusions citrus vodka
1/2 oz St Germain elderflower liquor
Juice of half a lemon Sugar the rim of a cocktail glass. Shake and strain into the glass. Garnish with a melon ball on the rim.
ZEN LATTE
1 1/2 parts of Zen green tea liqueur
6 parts steamed milk
Stir Zen liqueur (made from Japanese green tea leaves, herbs and natural flavors) into a mug. Garnish with mocha powder.
