Oprah Winfrey isn’t totally saying goodbye to Chicago.

Winfrey, who will give up her Chicago-based “Oprah” in Sept. 2011, will keep her Harpo production company in the Windy City.

“We’re not going anywhere,” new Harpo co-president Sheri Salata told the Chicago Tribune.

“For more than two decades, you have this relationship with Chicago . . . so that is our charge here, to keep this Chicago studio strong,” Salata said.

It’s widely believed that Winfrey will move to the warmer climes of California once she ends her “Oprah” run to focus on her OWN cable network.
