JUST as Bernard Ma doff is making headlines as a $50 billion con man, Michael Chiklis is developing a show about financial scammers.

Chiklis, who just wrapped up his Emmy-winning series “The Shield,” will star in a new FX show, “House of Cards,” based on his own experience of getting ripped off in a Ponzi scheme earlier this year.

“There are fascinating characters who perpetrate these schemes,” says Chiklis.
