It’s enough to give you the willies – the Willie Wonkas, that is.

The Fourth Annual Chocolate Show is causing the best possible kind of brown-out at Chelsea’s Metropolitan Pavilion with the heady sights and sounds of one thing only.

More than 30 brands of the sweet stuff will be on display, and there’ll be demos by 65 big-time pastry chefs and chocolatiers including Jacques Torres, Francois Payard, Claudia Fleming and others.

Samples? You bet.

Some of the show’s European exhibitors opted out this year – talk about candy asses! – but that didn’t cause a meltdown for event producers Sylvie Douce and Francois Jeantet. “After all,” they said, “chocolate is the universal comfort food.”

The sweet festivities kicked off on Thursday with a chocolate fashion show featuring the decadent designer duds that are now on display.

Metropolitan Pavillion, 125 W. 18th St. between Sixth and Seventh avenues. Open today 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and tomorrow from 10 to 6. Call (212) 865-6100 or visit http://www.chocolateshow.com.
