GAY groups are calling on MSNBC host Tucker Carlson to apologize for remarks he made Tuesday night on the air about assaulting a man who he said “bothered” him in a Washington, D.C. public restroom.

The Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) and the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network (GLSEN) are demanding an apology after Carlson issued a statement revising his account of the incident.
