‘PULP Fiction” director Quentin Tarantino, a master of American chop, shoot and splatter films, will be the guest judge on next Tuesday’s edition of “American Idol.”

On the episode, the dwindling group of wannabe pop-stars will sing popular movie theme songs, the reason Tarantino is appearing as a fourth judge.

As it turns out, Tarantino is a “big fan of the show,” a source close to the director told The Post. And “it’s just a coincidence” that he and the show’s production company, Fremantle Media, share the same publicist.

But Tarantino is such a fanatic for “Idol” that he was content last May to sit in the show’s studio audience for the season finale.
