Fresh in the wake of the Sony cyber attack scandal, Syfy is developing a new reality series about the true stories of other high-tech hackers.

“Hackers” — produced by Relativity Television (MTV’s “Catfish”) — will profile some of the more infamous cyber attacks.

It will reveal how the hackers committed their crimes, from trolling the Internet to rooting out vulnerabilities in a company’s Web site.

Each episode will include interviews with the perpetrators and the law enforcement agents who tracked them down, as well as digital graphics that re-create what happens when a computer network is broken into. There’s no airdate yet.
