SOUTH Jersey girl Kelly Ripa is back home to watch her father’s swearing in as Camden County Clerk by Gov. Jon Corzine yesterday.

Joe Ripa, a former bus driver, is filling the job until November when he says he plans to run for a full, five-year term.
