‘DAWSON’S Creek” star Joshua Jackson spent time behind bars Saturday night after boozing it up a hockey game then getting into a fight with a security guard.

Jackson, who plays Pacey Witter on the long-running WB drama, had a blood-alcohol level of .14 when he was charged with assault at a Carolina Hurricanes game, reports the Raleigh News and Observer.

In North Carolina, driving with a blood alcohol limit over .08 is a class A1 misdemeanor.

According to police, Jackson, 24 was drunk during the game between the Hurricanes and the Pittsburgh Penguins and assaulted security guard Drew Grissom.

Jackson’s arrest warrant alleges that he grabbed Grissom around the neck and hit him. Terry Dean Long, a member of “Dawson’s” production crew was also arrested after he joined the fight.

Long later told investigators that he jumped into the fray when he saw Jackson grappling with Grissom.
