KOLA Boof, a novelist who claims she was kept as a sex-slave by Osama bin Laden, has been fired from her job as a writer for NBC’s “Days of Our Lives,” according to published reports.

Boof, 37, had been serving as a ghostwriter for the soap opera since last spring.

“She does not hold a staff position with our writing team,” co-executive producer Stephen Wyman said in a cryptic statement to Web site soapcentral.com. The statement did not explain if Boof had been fired. NBC officials referred inquiries to “Days” staffers, who didn’t return calls.
