TODAY marks the of ficial switchover to an all-digital TV signal — meaning that the old rabbit ears will no longer work.

The switchover will occur at varying times on local stations from noon through midnight tonight.

If you have cable or satellite TV, you’re already good-to-go. Everyone else needs to get a converter box to convert the analog signal to a digital signal.

At noon today, Ch. 4 will air a half-hour special which will include where to get converter boxes and how to install them.
