HAVING a bad hair day?

If you can’t take a shower, you can at least take heart that your dopey ‘do is nowhere near as bad as the ones in the hysterical new photo book “Bad Hair” (Bloomsbury, $9.95).

Over 100 of the most devastatingly ill-advised hairstyles are displayed in the book, which features photos collected from the windows of hairdressers worldwide over the last three decades.

Among the atrocities: over-buoyant bouffants, Teflon-coated beehives, asymmetrical nightmares, untantalizing tease-jobs and – of course – mercilessly bad mullets.

Even if these unintentionally hilarious hairdos don’t inspire you to visit your neighborhood salon, maybe they’ll provide fodder for a great Halloween disguise.
