Here’s one less thing to worry about this busy holiday sea son: What to watch tonight and through the rest of the weekend.

* “Bones” (Thursday, 8 p.m., Fox) When the corpse she’s dissecting is a brilliant workaholic surgeon, Dr. Brennan will have a little trouble separating the deceased’s life choice from her own. Mama predicts a breakthrough for our favorite cold fish.

* “Fringe” (Thursday, 9 p.m., Fox) Olivia is back in our world, but don’t get your hopes up for a heartwarming homecoming, since the team’s tracking down a gruesome guy who steals people’s body parts to reanimate the dead. Also, an awkward moment when Olivia confronts Peter about that whole “I slept with your evil twin” thing.

* “The Mentalist” (Thursday, 10 p.m., CBS) Trust Patrick Jane to find the dark humor in the holidays when he and the team investigate a murder among the National Society of Authentic Santas.

* “The Good Guys” (Friday, 9 p.m., Fox) The Season 1 finale poses a dichotomy: How can one show be so off the radar that you assume it’s canceled and, at the same time, seem interminable? It may have something to do with each episode re-airing at least once before the buddy cop series was sentenced to a slow death in Friday’s wasteland. Looks like Bradley Whitford’s mustache will be joining Donal Logue’s mullet on the list of short-lived follicle follies of 2010.

* “Desperate Housewives” (Sunday, 9 p.m., ABC) Revenge-minded Paul, who had been lurking for weeks, finally revealed his evil master plan: Introducing a halfway house on Wisteria Lane. Mama doesn’t like to poke holes in an uber villain’s scheme, but isn’t this the same neighborhood that’s survived a tornado, murder, amnesia, cancer, electrocution and too many adulterous entanglements to count? Mama’s pretty sure the ex-cons don’t stand a chance against these ladies.
