Mauricio Umansky and Emma Slater, who are partners on “Dancing With the Stars,” were spotted holding hands on a romantic dinner date Sunday in Beverly Hills amid “Real Housewives” star Umansky’s split from Kyle Richards.
In photos obtained by The Post, the luxury real estate agent, 53, and the pro dancer, 34, dined at Matsuhisa before heading to an outdoor bar where a witness told Page Six the pair shared a few kisses.
Parting was sweet sorrow in the restaurant’s parking lot where Slater was spotted with her arm wrapped around Umansky’s waist.
The outing reportedly lasted around three hours.
The Post has contacted reps for Umansky, Richards and Slater for comment.
Slater recently got her real estate license. BACKGRIDUmansky said July 3 that he and Richards separated, but were living together, after 27 years of marriage.
However, he also claimed that divorce was “not a part of our conversation right now.”
Richards, 54, attended the first “DWTS” episode Sept. 26 to support her estranged husband but has not returned to the ballroom.

Umansky and Kyle Richards were married for 27 years.
The former couple have three daughters: Alexia, 27, Sophia, 23, and Portia, 15.
Richards is rumored to be dating country music singer Morgan Wade, 28, although Umansky claimed nothing romantic is going on between them. In response, Wade also blasted the “dumb” rumors to People in August.
She added: “[Kyle’s] extremely smart when it comes to business and how to mentally ignore s–t. … She’s been such a great person to have in my corner to help me navigate stuff.”

Umansky and Slater spent about three hours together. BACKGRIDSlater, for her part, was married to fellow “DWTS” pro Sasha Farber, 39, from 2018 to 2022.
They remain friends and see each other weekly on the show. Farber is partnered with Alyson Hannigan on Season 32.
