E.T. phone home — again.

The adorable Extra-Terrestrial from the 1982 Steven Spielberg blockbuster and the actor who played little Elliott were reunited in a short film that aired Thursday during NBC’s broadcast of the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.

The four-minute flick titled “A Holiday Reunion” — which is also an ad campaign for Xfinity — shows E.T. coming back to Earth to reconnect with a now-grown-up Elliott, played by a now 48-year-old Henry Thomas, Deadline.com reported.

The lovable creature surprises Elliott’s snowball-tossing son and daughter, who resemble Thomas and Drew Barrymore, who played his sister Gertie in the flick.

The spot gives a brief nod to Xfinity, as Elliott’s son explains to E.T. “It’s called the internet” and Elliot says, “A lot’s changed since you were here.”

A two-minute version aired on NBC during the parade, and Syfy will play the full one during airings Thursday evening of the original “E.T.”

An edited 30-second spot also will run during ad breaks of NBC’s prime-time NFL telecast Thursday, along with football games on CBS and Fox, and then on other channels during the holiday season.
